Shipping
We ship UPS and US Priority Mail within 24 hours of receipt of order. No UPS on Saturday, Sunday & Holidays.

Michigan residents add 6% sales tax or Michigan Sales Tax Number.

Packages going to Hawaii , Alaska and all points out of the continental U.S. will go U.S. Priority or Air Mail, which ever is applicable.

GUARANTEE –We stand behind our products and will supply the best materials available at the time you order. There may be some variances in quality since these are natural materials.

The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

Back orders will be charged shipping.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorizations. No refunds or exchanges after 15 days of date of invoice.

DAMAGED ITEMS:
Should a shipment arrive damaged, please keep the box and all the packing materials as you have received them.


Notify UPS immediately. You should find their customer service number in your phone directory. UPS will inspect your package and process a claim within two (2) weeks.

Next, you should notify us immediately. Call us at 1-906-337-5116, or drop us a note explaining the problem. We will arrange to replace the damaged items.

A service charge will be added to any unpaid balance or portion thereof after 30 days.

Visitors please call for an appointment and directions. We are primarily mail order and can accommodate visitors only during certain periods of the day.

Refused/Returned COD’s – A $10 processing fee, plus original shipping COD fees are charged on all returned COD’s.

To help prevent your COD package from returning to us:

Please be at your mailing address! Please write down the approximate date of arrival so you may receive your package.
Ask us for an exact total. This way you will know the exact amount of your money order to have on hand.
